All our staff are trained in the below training courses and assessed annually to meet the compliance to work with-in the care sector and in a safe manner protecting everyone that they may support as well as themselves.

We have a wealth of experienced trainers here at Heart2Heart.

Peter is our Level 2 Category Responder who delivers our First-aid training and will work with you at every turn to gain the Knowledge and self-belief to deliver first aid when needed. Weather it’s a bandage or through to defibrillation of a HEART in Trouble.

We also now have 4 trainers qualified in PMVA (Positive Management of Violence and Aggression) who we can outsource to other companies which may require it. We are also members of the restraint reduction network which aims to minimise the use of any hands on approaches by looking at De-escalation Techniques and the Positive Behaviour support approach.
