COMMUNITY CARE with H2H
During 2019 We decided to introduce our H2H Community care business with our aim to help clients have the care they need delivered in their own homes where people can relax and feel safe with everything where they want things and still feel in control.
At H2H, we personalise our range of home care support to suit your individual needs, from a few hours a week, a sitting service, all the way through to 24-hour support. We also match our care support workers to the person they will be visiting to ensure they get along and are able to build a trusted relationship. We seek feedback via phone calls and the good old face to face method to make sure that our care staff suit your home setting.
At H2H Community Care Ltd, we are more than just a care company we treat every client with the same compassion, dignity, and respect we would want for our own family.
