Q: Will I always have the same carer?

 We strive for consistency and will do our best to ensure you see the same familiar faces.

Q: Will my care stop if I am late paying?

Of course not, a reminder will be sent if you are late paying and if there still isn't a payment we will give you a call to see if there is an issue with paying and suggest some help if needed.

Q: How would I contact you when the office is closed if it was an emergency?

All our service users and their families are given the out of hours on call phone number; this is open 24 hours a day to make sure a member of our staff is reachable at all times.

• 📝 Daily Visit Notes – After each care visit, carers log notes about the support provided and any observations.

• 📸 Real-Time Updates – Families can read carers comments the same day the visit takes place.

• 🛑 Alerts for Changes – If we notice any concerns (e.g. changes in mood, appetite, or mobility), it’s recorded and flagged.

• 👨‍👩‍👧 Family Access – With your permission, we invite family members to view updates through the app, giving peace of mind wherever they are.​
