We strive for consistency and will do our best to ensure you see the same familiar faces.
Q: Will my care stop if I am late paying?
Of course not, a reminder will be sent if you are late paying and if there still isn't a payment we will give you a call to see if there is an issue with paying and suggest some help if needed.
Q: How would I contact you when the office is closed if it was an emergency?
All our service users and their families are given the out of hours on call phone number; this is open 24 hours a day to make sure a member of our staff is reachable at all times.
